Immersion molten steel sampler

Our liquid steel/iron sampler can be used for quickly sampling the liquid steel/iron. The dimension of the sampling mould is φ34mm*12mm, also we can change the dimension according to the customer’s requirement. There are two shapes of our sampler. One is we called thick tube sampler, the paper tube length is between 600mm 1200mm, and the outer dia. 51mm, the thickness of the tube is 5mm or 6mm. And the other is thick-thin tube sampler, and the out dia. of the thick tube portion is 51mm, the thickness is 6mm, the length is 200mm, the out dia. of the thin tube portion is 29mm, the length of the tube is 800mm. The length of the paper tube can be changed on demand.
